- Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon (975): winter sales are set from Wednesday, January 18 to Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
- Saint-Barthélémy (977) and Saint-Martin (978): the winter sales period runs from Saturday, May 6 to Friday, June 2, 2023.
- Meurthe-et-Moselle, Meuse, Moselle, Vosges: due to derogating dates that apply to these departments, winter sales began on Monday, January 2 and ended on Sunday, January 29, 2023.
- Guadeloupe: from Saturday, January 7 to Friday, February 3 in Guadeloupe.
- Réunion will see its sales take place from Saturday, September 2, 2023 to Friday, September 29, 2023 inclusive.
- Martinique (972), French Guiana (973), and Mayotte (976) have the same sales period; they will take place from Wednesday, January 11 until February 7, 2023.
