► What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on your place of residence. Your package is generally shipped within a maximum of 12 to 48 hours and delivered within 10 to 21 days in Metropolitan France. If you reside in another country or overseas, this period varies from 20 to 40 days. (These times do not take into account any delays caused by administrative decisions such as: customs checks, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control). Your items are shipped from several logistics centers in Portugal, China, and France.

► How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary from country to country. For example, standard delivery is free in Metropolitan France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, South Korea, Japan, and the USA.

► How do I track my order?

A tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email to track your package directly on our site by clicking here.

► What are the delivery days?

Delivery is from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm. If you are not there, the package will be left in your mailbox or delivered to your local post office or the closest relay point to your home.
Once the package has been sent, we are no longer responsible for any delays on the part of the Post Office.

► Customs fees

Depending on your place of residence, and more specifically in the French overseas departments and territories (DOM TOM), Andorra and Monaco, customs fees may be requested by your delivery person and are in no way dependent on our will.
