1. Delivery

1.1. Available delivery methods:

I only offer standard delivery. Delivery is handled by carriers such as La Poste, Colis Privé, or Cainiao. Delivery is guaranteed within 30 days; however, the observed average delivery time is 12 business days.

1.2. Order tracking:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to view the status of your delivery in real-time.

If you encounter any issues with your delivery (delay, damaged package, etc.), please do not hesitate to contact me.

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1. Time limit for returning a product:

  • You have a period of 14 business days from the receipt of your order to return an item for an exchange, refund, or gift card request.

  • Exception for end-of-year holidays: For orders placed in November and December for Christmas gifts, I can accept returns for exchange or refund even after the 14-business-day period to allow for fittings after the holidays.

2.2. Conditions for a return:

The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, instructions, or packaging, if any.

Incomplete, damaged, or soiled products cannot be accepted.

2.3. Return procedure:

To make a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact me:

Send an email to contact@pilou-pilou-store.fr to submit your return request. You can also reach me by phone. Please include your order number and the product concerned. You will find a downloadable PDF return form at the bottom of the page. You can also send me the information by email or phone so I can help you complete it.

  • Return label generation:

Once your request is approved, I will provide you with a free Mondial Relay return label. The label will be sent to you by email within an average of 72 hours. You can print it at home and attach it to the package.

  • Drop-off at a relay point:

Drop off your package at a Mondial Relay point near you. You can find the nearest relay point on the Mondial Relay website.

2.4. Refund or exchange:

Once the product is returned, I will proceed with the refund. The refund is guaranteed within 30 days, with an average refund period of 10 days.

If you prefer an exchange or a gift card, please specify this in your initial request.

2.5. Return costs:

Return costs are fully covered thanks to the free Mondial Relay label provided.

3. Commitment and contact

I am committed to processing your return and refund requests as quickly as possible. My response time is generally 48 hours, but this may extend to one to ten days depending on the request. Demand is very high during the Christmas holidays, please excuse me in advance. The implementation of personnel to support me in after-sales service is a project for the coming years. In case of resale of the company, I will submit this idea to the next acquirer. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I remain available to answer all your questions or specific needs.
