The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product, or sooner upon request after proof of shipment. The average refund period is about ten days.

Additional information: I am committed to processing your return and refund requests as quickly as possible. My response time is generally 48 hours, however, it can be extended to one week to 10 days depending on the request. Demand is very high during the Christmas holidays, please excuse me in advance. The hiring of staff to support me in after-sales service is a project for the coming years. In the event of the company's resale, I will submit this idea to the next acquirer. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I remain available to answer all your questions or specific needs.
